Responsibilities

  • Aids in supporting users, maintaining access, updating user information, and addressing issues related to supported systems and integrations.
  • Assists in enhancing financial systems for GI Alliance and provides ongoing support.
  • Supports the creation and maintenance of custom fields, forms, segments, reports, templates, and workflows (with basic workflow experience a plus).
  • Documents, updates, and maintains system roadmaps, user guides, and configuration documents.
  • Assists in designing and updating custom reports and searches within NetSuite and other supported applications.
  • Supports data mapping requirements for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assists with implementing and supporting updates to NetSuite and integrated systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience: At least 1-2 years of NetSuite experience preferred; experience with applications or financial fields is beneficial.
    • Performance: Demonstrates positive relationships, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Equipment: Operates standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
    • Mental/Physical: Normal office environment; may involve extended periods of computer screen viewing and occasional evening or weekend work.
