Responsibilities
- Aids in supporting users, maintaining access, updating user information, and addressing issues related to supported systems and integrations.
- Assists in enhancing financial systems for GI Alliance and provides ongoing support.
- Supports the creation and maintenance of custom fields, forms, segments, reports, templates, and workflows (with basic workflow experience a plus).
- Documents, updates, and maintains system roadmaps, user guides, and configuration documents.
- Assists in designing and updating custom reports and searches within NetSuite and other supported applications.
- Supports data mapping requirements for mergers and acquisitions.
- Assists with implementing and supporting updates to NetSuite and integrated systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of NetSuite experience preferred; experience with applications or financial fields is beneficial.
- Performance: Demonstrates positive relationships, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Equipment: Operates standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
- Mental/Physical: Normal office environment; may involve extended periods of computer screen viewing and occasional evening or weekend work.
