IT Applications Specialist

How you will contribute

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Applications Specialist to join our IT team. This position can be based out of any of our Wisconsin offices and offers the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our construction management and service ERP system.

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to enhance the systems that keep our business running smoothly.
• Plan, develop, test, and implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues through second-level support.
• Look for ways to improve the overall user experience.
• Write queries, create SSRS reports, manage process automations using RPAs and other technology, perform some script writing, and develop documentation that supports business needs and enables users to work more efficiently.

What you need to qualify

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field and 1–2+ years of ERP support experience are preferred.
• Strong SQL skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users are essential.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

This position is available on a full-time basis.
