About the Role

We are seeking passionate educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are ideal for individuals committed to fostering student success and contributing to a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
  • Assess and record student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and administrators.
  • Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and align curriculum with state standards.
  • Participate in department, school, and district meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Engage parents and guardians in the educational process through regular communication.

Requirements

  • Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for certification (for teaching roles).
  • Administrative certification or relevant experience (for administrative roles).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
