About the role
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our Applications team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications while also supporting and integrating third-party platforms such as ServiceNow and the Microsoft Power Platform. This position is ideal for a well-rounded developer who is comfortable working independently, collaborating within a team, and communicating effectively with both technical peers and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures
- Configure, integrate, and support third-party enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments
- Ensure applications follow established best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
- Communicate technical concepts, risks, and progress to senior management
- Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional application development experience
- Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework
- Experience configuring, integrating, and supporting third-party software platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, views, stored procedures; DBA experience not required)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pace environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Benefits
This position is based at our headquarters in Springfield, IL and is an in-office position (No remote availability).
Pay
$80,000–$100,000 annually plus paid overtime and full benefits.
