Overview
Headway’s mission is to build a new mental healthcare system accessible to everyone, focusing on automating administrative tasks and providing tools for therapists to manage their practices efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute projects to automate and streamline device lifecycle management across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
- Build and maintain IAM workflows, configure groups and policies, and automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, or iPaaS tools.
- Partner with Security to ensure device trust and compliance in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
- Develop and operate BYOD programs and endpoint security controls in a regulated setting.
- Manage and report on endpoint operations, including OS patches and software deployments, with data-driven insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement high-impact endpoint changes and maintain a light, predictable on-call rotation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS fleets at scale.
- Fluent in JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Google Chrome Enterprise Management.
- Solid knowledge of IAM, including scripting and configuring groups and policies.
- Experience with AI tools and experimentation in endpoint operations.
- Stakeholder-savvy and able to partner cross-functionally to implement impactful changes.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage up and across the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BYOD programs and endpoint security in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or similar compliance standards.
- Experience with identity and access management tools like Okta and Lumos.
- Experience with document creation and collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Confluence.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk and ZenDesk.
