IT Engineer, Endpoints

What You'll Build

• Execute projects to tackle challenges as the company scales
• Build the foundation for device trust and BYOD programs in a HIPAA-regulated environment
• Automate the onboarding/offboarding flow for devices, access, and entitlements
• Develop a clear point of view on choice programs, standard equipment, refresh cadence, and financial discipline
• Be the SME for endpoint or device-related questions, while being available for users through a light on-call rotation

Requirements

• At least 3 years as a Client Platform / Endpoint / IT Systems Engineer, with deep hands-on experience managing macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS fleets at scale
• Familiarity with JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Google Chrome Enterprise Management
• Solid knowledge of IAM, including scripting, automation, and configuration of groups and policies
• Experience with AI, scripting, and iPaaS tools like Tray.io, Tines
• Stakeholder-savvy, able to partner cross-functionally to ship impactful endpoint changes
• Experience with BYOD programs and endpoint security/compliance controls in regulated environments
• Excellent project management skills, organized, methodical, and able to manage up and across
