About the role
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CIO, designed to strengthen leadership as the company continues to scale through successful acquisitions and aggressive growth plans. This is a high-visibility opportunity to step into a true leadership seat—driving transformation, influencing executive strategy, and building a modern, scalable IT foundation across a multi-site enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the infrastructure & IT operations strategy for a growing organization
- Partner directly with the CIO and executive team on business-critical initiatives
- Drive modernization across infrastructure, cloud, and service delivery
- Lead M& A integration efforts and build a scalable shared services model
- Evaluate and restructure the IT organization to align with future growth
- Elevate IT maturity, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with peer leaders across applications, security, and operations
Requirements
- Proven Director-level IT leader with infrastructure & operations expertise in manufacturing
- Strong executive presence—comfortable engaging C-level and influencing decisions
- Experience leading transformation, modernization, and organizational change
- Background supporting multi-site environments and scaling IT operations
- Experience with M& A integration or complex systems consolidation
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of driving IT strategy and execution
- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams
- Knowledge of industry-standard IT infrastructure, networking, system administration, and cloud technologies
- Experience with regulatory compliance and data security

- $180,000 - 200,000 base salary
