IT BusinessAnalyst - HR–Code MPS

Job Duties

• Gather requirements in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environment and define modern business processes.
• Build BRIT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing various prism functions.
• Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality.
• Migrate legacy systems to Cloud-based solutions like Oracle Cloud PPM, Oracle Cloud SCM Services, Oracle Manufacturing (OPM & ODM) for automotive, and steel manufacturing.
• Implement Cloud solutions and develop integrations using platforms like MuleSoft and OCI.
• Create links between business objects and build various calculated fields such as Extract Single & Multi instances, Build Date, Aggregate Instance, Lookup (Related value, Hierarchies), and evaluate expressions.
• Construct framework for Data-Driven testing using combination of UFT/ALM, TOSCA/QTest and Selenium/Cucumber to develop automation regression test suite.
• Develop HLD’s using AIM or OUM methodology for various business artifacts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Equivalent + 2 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
