Job Duties
- Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy HR and Financial systems to cloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and Oracle Financials.
- Develop and execute test strategies and plans.
- Conduct tests to ensure system changes and enhancements meet requirements.
- Create use cases, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform quality analysis on initiatives, enhancements, and production defects.
- Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave.
- Test E2E business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR).
- Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, Databases, APIs.
- Test Cloud Infrastructure – Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, Security Domains by Implementing TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad and other Testing and reporting tools.
- Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules.
- Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality.
- Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
