Consider joining the MX Holdings family as an IT Business Systems Analyst in our St. Louis, MO location. This role ensures proper and ongoing alignment between the goals and objectives of the commodity trading business and the capabilities of IT systems used to manage and control business operations. The systems are primarily ERP and CTRM plus any related Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s) or custom interfaces that link them.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identifying areas for improvement in existing processes and recommending IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and successful project delivery.
  • Aid and support the integration of various IT business systems, ensuring seamless data flow between different applications and platforms, and facilitating end-to-end process automation.
  • Create comprehensive and detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT standards.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of IT solutions to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the reliability and stability of systems before deployment.
  • Provide training to end-users on new or updated systems, supporting them in adopting new technologies effectively.
  • Collaborate with external IT vendors and partners in the requirements, testing, and implementation stages of projects; assist with the assessment and procurement of larger-scale IT solutions and services.
  • Work closely with the IT security team to ensure that all implemented solutions comply with industry standards and internal security protocols.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and IT system enhancements, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role dealing with supply chain management solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Business Central.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and process automation.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of common best-practice project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex business challenges.
  • Certifications in relevant IT and business analysis domains (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
  • Comfortable working on teams governed by Agile Principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 features and capabilities.
  • Experience delivering technical training to a wide array of user types.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorships are not available.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO.
  • Must meet pre-employment screening requirements.

Pay

Salary range: USD $101,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year.
