IT Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supports on-boarding new customers
• Provides account support
• Provides access
• Uses in-house tools
• Supports data entry for reports
• Sets up and manages IT projects
• Plans IT projects
• Ensures project goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame
• Interfaces with system support
• Logs technical assistance requests
• Works with system support to resolve questions, problems, and enhancement requests
• Manages projects including the formulation and definition of systems scope
• Works with system support to resolve questions, problems, and enhancement requests
• Manages projects including the formulation and definition of systems scope based on user needs, a thorough understanding of the business systems, and industry
• Serves as a liaison to IT
• Contributes to system development through the analysis of business requirements, business design, business development, client training, data conversion, testing and maintenance
• Prepares charts, diagrams, and recommendations for business solutions

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Plus generally four years of directly related experience
• Strong working technical and/or IT development experience
• Must be proficient in SQL, Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Power Apps

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 to $90,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
