IT Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supports on-boarding new customers
• Provides account support
• Provides access
• Uses in-house tools
• Supports data entry for reports
• Sets up and manages IT projects
• Collaborates with system support to resolve technical issues and enhance systems
• Works as a liaison between IT and other departments
• Contributes to system development through analysis, design, and implementation
• Prepares charts, diagrams, and recommendations for business solutions

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Four years of directly related experience
• Strong technical and/or IT development experience
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps)

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 to $90,000, based on job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographical location.
