IT Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supports on-boarding new customers
• Provides account support
• Provides access
• Uses in-house tools
• Supports data entry for reports
• Sets up and manages IT projects
• Collaborates with system support to resolve technical issues
• Works with system support to address enhancement requests
• Manages projects by formulating and defining systems scope based on user needs and industry standards
• Supports other departments and organizations as a liaison to IT
• Contributes to system development through analysis of business requirements, design, development, client training, data conversion, testing, and maintenance
• Prepares charts, diagrams, and recommendations for business solutions

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Four years of directly related experience
• Strong working technical and/or IT development experience
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps)

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 to $90,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
