IT Business Analyst (on-site)

Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Data & Technology Transformation The Opportunity This is a newly prioritized technology hire that will work directly with the Vice President of Technology to support a major enterprise data initiative. The organization is in the process of evaluating and standing up a modern data warehouse environment and is seeking someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and external consultants throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of database structures, data quality, and business systems while also serving as a key resource to business teams as data is collected, cleansed, organized, and ultimately leveraged for reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working closely with leadership, and contributing to projects that will significantly impact the firm's technology roadmap. What You'll Do Assist with enterprise data warehouse implementation and support consultant-led initiativesPerform data cleansing, validation, and data quality analysisWork directly with business units to gather, organize, and document data requirementsHelp define data structures, classifications, and standards across systemsSupport SaaS applications including DealCloud, Juniper Square, Sage Intacct, Ramp, SharePoint, and related business platformsCreate reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive decision-makingAssist with Power BI reporting initiativesUtilize Power Automate and AI technologies to improve workflows and business processesCollaborate on future AI, dashboarding, and automation projects across the organizationProvide application support, user administration, and access management where neededPartner with technology leadership to identify process improvements and technology opportunities What You'll Bring 3-5 years of business analyst, systems analyst, data analyst, or technology-focused experienceStrong understanding of database structures, tables, data types, and data integrity conceptsExperience working with reporting, business intelligence, or data-related projectsAbility to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience supporting SaaS applications and enterprise business systemsFamiliarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft technologiesExposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platformsStrong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality Preferred Experience SnowflakeMicrosoft FabricData warehouse projectsBusiness intelligence and dashboard developmentCommercial real estate, private equity, asset management, or financial services environments Work Environment Primarily onsite environmentOne remote day per week availableAdditional flexibility available on a case-by-case basisCollaborative culture with significant in-person interaction across business units Compensation Target salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 #CFSSEP2026 #INSEP2026 #CBSEP2026 #ZRCFSTECH
