Responsibilities
- Identify and document business needs and requirements

- Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Business Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with business process modeling tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Understanding of data governance principles
