IT Business Analyst -HR CODE - AMSH
Job Duties
Identify and analyze current state business processes and system inadequacies, present ideas for process and systems improvements.
Collect data, code, and configure activities necessary to develop new interfaces.
Handle data flow with external warehouse vendors.
Operate multiple projects, small initiatives with the help of various applications on a daily basis.
Manage scope and meet manual, automation functional and non-functional deliverables with quality, time, and cost parameters.
Prepare process flow diagrams and coordinate with business users to get approval on the requirements.
Collaborate with Business and Systems Analysts, Developers, and project management groups.
Work with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure service behavior and assist product teams in meeting customer needs.
Plan, handle, and oversee integration and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Information Technology Management or Equivalent
