IT Business Analyst
About the role
Plan, coordinate, and execute system and user acceptance testing. Work with various product teams to gather both functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze current business processes or system inadequacies and propose improvements. Use techniques such as workshops, site visits, and task/workflow/data analysis to create use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams, and technical documents. Report status regularly and communicate directly with the QA Manager. Operate across multiple applications daily, meeting manual, automation, and non-functional deliverables with quality, time, and cost constraints. Mitigate risks, manage expectations, and ensure efficient client and stakeholder engagement. Participate in technical meetings involving various departments, third-party vendors, and project-related teams. Inspect use cases, complex systems, and business requirements for testability. Test data transferred from legacy systems like Oracle EBS, My Micros, Infor, UltiPro, and multiple third-party systems. Coordinate with Oracle Corporation’s core support team on technical and functional issues, providing debug logs and code details to resolve problems. Execute CRPs/FAT and UAT based on business user feedback and fix identified issues. Perform end-to-end system integration testing (SIT), verify proper functionality, and oversee the process. Log, view, access, monitor, follow-up, and close Service Requests (SRs). Conduct quality analysis against global initiatives, enhancements, and day-to-day operational production defects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in the field or related
