IT Business Analyst
About the role
You will gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional/technical specifications.
You will analyze and improve business processes; create workflows, user stories, and supporting documentation.
You will support Oracle EBS systems (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement), including upgrades and enhancements.
You will plan and manage IT projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, resources, and delivery.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
You will provide technical support through SQL analysis, system integrations, data migration, and UAT/sig coordination.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional/technical specifications
- Analyze and improve business processes; create workflows, user stories, and supporting documentation
- Support Oracle EBS systems (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement), including upgrades and enhancements
- Plan and manage IT projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, resources, and delivery

Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of IT business analysis experience
- Utilize hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or JDE
- Apply experience in manufacturing environments to effectively align technology with operational needs
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Leverage project management practices, Agile methodologies, ERP integrations, and knowledge of supply chain and production processes
