IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Lead structured requirements gathering efforts using interviews, workshops, and analysis techniques to clearly define business needs and objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Working knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools.
- Strong ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery or related fields.
Qualifications
- Passionate about technology and its impact on business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Skills
- Agile methodologies and practices.
- Data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex requirements.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
