IT Business Analyst

We’re looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge systems. Partnering with your team of architects, cloud engineers, and DevSecOps engineers you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to our clients.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and structuring user stories for feature development
- Experience with modeling business processes, process analysis methodologies, or capturing requirements
- Experience facilitating requirements meetings or conducting requirements workshops and sessions with business and IT stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
- Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
Skills
- Experience with Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work with development teams on generating documentation on functionality being delivered
- Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the user community
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- SAFe or Agile Certification

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
