Experience
- Two (2) years of experience in AV operations, preferably in a hospital or corporate venue
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms (MTR) setup and configuring
- Experience in ServiceNow Service Deployment Platform (Preferred)
- Experience with EXTRON, AMX, BIAMP, DANTE, and/or NDI systems or hardware (Preferred)
- Experience with Logitech and/or Poly Systems (Preferred)

- Knowledge of basic rules of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and applications used in AV production
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet during live events
License/Certification
- Required: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, CTS-Certified Technology Specialist AVIXA
- Preferred: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CompTIA Project+
Education
- Required: High School or Equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's - Computer Science, Bachelor's - Related Field
