IT Asset Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining accurate inventory of new & used computer equipment in our Norwell stockroom.
• Works with IT Asset Manager on ensuring our stock levels are maintained.
• Imaging & configuring computers for use across the company using Dell imaging tools.
• Manages assigned tickets in ServiceNow.
• Affixes returned computer assets by checking them into ServiceNow & assessing viability for repurposing or retirement.
• Decommissions computers marked for retirement.
• Collaborates with IT Asset Management & PC Hardware teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Student studying MIS/ IT or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures.
• Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational aptitude.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
