Niles is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Asset Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting facility lifecycle planning, service coordination, and client reporting. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-world asset management strategies, including restoration planning, sustainability initiatives, and performance tracking. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist in preparing client reports, dashboards, and presentationsSupport data collection and analysis for asset condition assessmentsHelp coordinate service activities across roofing, coatings, and mechanical systemsParticipate in internal meetings and client review sessionsContribute to documentation and process improvement effortsResearch industry trends and best practices related to facility management Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldStrong interest in facility management, sustainability, or client servicesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
