Duties
- Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities.
- Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform software licensing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution.
- Analyze and manage asset data using Excel (e.g., tracking, reporting, reconciliation).
- Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs.
Key Responsibilities

Skills
- Prior experience in asset management (IT, software, or related asset tracking preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, reconciliation).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
