Primary Tasks And Responsibilities
- Is accountable to IT leadership teams to plan and deliver an appropriately resourced IT Service organization within assigned geographic area.
- Resource the quality of Service, technical environment performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systems
- Contribute to resource planning, budget surveillance, and project planning to provide an ever-improving technical environment across multiple clinical locations with an assigned area.
- Monitor and control key performance indicators related to service delivery, customer satisfaction, cost, and performance.
- Lead and supervise a team of hands-on technical support staff to appropriately service assigned area.
- Act as the voice of the customer, continually advocate for and deliver improved customer experiences through technical expertise, business planning, and customer support.
Education/Certifications & Licenses
- Minimum education requirement to successfully perform in role (high school diploma or equivalent being the minimum requirement across all positions within FCS).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline is preferred.
- Valid state Driver’s License.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare related information technology organization demonstrating progressive responsibilities.
- Minimum two (2) years direct leadership experience.
