IT Analyst- Servicenow

About the role

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Software Asset Management and related platform capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle processes, including: Software Products and Models, Software Entitlements and License Management, Software Contracts and Renewals, License Reclamation and Optimization, End-of-Life (EOL).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, trend analysis, and executive-level metrics.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities, streamline operational processes, and improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
