IT Analyst III – Supplier Automation

Responsibilities

• Cook up the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, making sure all docs and system setups are done right and quick.
• Help bring new and old suppliers into the procurement system and get them set up in enablement workflows.
• Handle supplier enablement tasks in SAP Business Network and keep track of how things are going.
• Look for ways to make the supplier onboarding and enablement processes better.
• Work with SAP Ariba to support supplier management activities like setting up and enabling vendors.
• Tackle supplier data and transaction issues related to system integrations and data flow between SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Keep suppliers and internal stakeholders in the loop about what's happening in the enablement process.
• Make sure supplier enablement activities and metrics are recorded accurately and reported on.
• Support onboarding testing for new suppliers to make sure they're ready and the systems work properly.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supplier enablement, supplier program administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, especially supplier enablement and vendor management within SAP Business Network.
• Experience configuring supplier enablement processes to support business needs and operational efficiency.
• A strong understanding of supplier management processes and the flow of supplier data between SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• A working knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT electronic data interchange formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• A strong organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• The ability to build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other procurement technologies or ERP platforms.
• Prior experience supporting testing or validation for new supplier onboarding.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
