IT Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Support basic networking tasks, including switches, firewalls, and connectivity
• Afford phone system support and troubleshooting
• Manage user accounts and access within Active Directory
• Provide server support and maintenance as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Windows environments and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking and server management
• Knowledge of switches and firewalls
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
