• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and professionally.

Sales Process

Engage with customers from initial inquiry through to sale closure, assist with quote processing, order placement, and financing options as needed.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with senior sales representatives and management to achieve sales goals and refine sales strategies.

Market Research

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred (degree in business, marketing, or related fields).
• Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Training provided for the right candidate.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, tech-savvy (comfortable with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite), self-motivated, eager to learn, and dedicated to achieving sales targets.
