About the role
The ISUD Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal users within the Information Systems Department. This includes troubleshooting software issues, assisting with user training, and maintaining system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Document and maintain system documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new software applications.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of network infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Skills
- Technical proficiency with common IT tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
