Accountabilities
- Oversight of issue management initiatives and support for the successful execution of major product programs.
- Drive alignment across teams, improve operational processes, and ensure that complex projects move from identification through resolution with strong accountability and visibility.
- Own the end-to-end issue management program, including issue triage, root cause analysis, containment planning, remediation tracking, and final resolution.
- Build and improve operational processes, including automation and AI-enabled workflows, to increase efficiency, documentation quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to drive timely resolution of critical issues.
- Create and maintain issue reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor remediation progress and ensure accountability across teams.
- Lead execution of major product initiatives, coordinating cross-functional readiness across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and serve as a central point of communication and coordination.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help establish scalable operating practices.
Requirements
- Experienced product operations or program management professional with strong technical understanding, operational discipline, and the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience managing issues, regulatory compliance initiatives, risk-related programs, audits, or policy-driven projects.
- Understanding of operational controls and the ability to keep product initiatives moving within compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve execution, efficiency, and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret reports, build dashboards, and independently answer operational questions using data.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a builder-oriented approach.
