Program Manager, Product Operations

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes in the healthcare space. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Program-manage cross-functional product and technical initiatives from scoping to launch
• Maintain project plans and track dependencies, risks, and issues effectively
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements for teams
• Support operational processes like planning, goal setting, and launch communications
• Enhance alignment and communication between Product & Tech and cross-functional teams
• Track initiative performance and prepare updates for leadership
• Oversee and improve operational tools and systems for better team visibility
• Ensure post-launch initiatives are optimized and learnings are applied

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management or project management in a complex environment
• Strong foundation in planning, tracking milestones, and risk management
• Documentation-focused and adept with playbooks and repeatable processes
• Skilled in clear communication to manage stakeholder expectations and action items
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with proactive problem-solving
• Technical familiarity with product development, integrations, and data
• Collaborative, accountable, and empathetic team player
• Motivated by a mission to enhance mental health outcomes

Pay

$127,900 – $150,500 annually
