About the Role

Celigo is looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to strengthen alignment, execution, and operational discipline across Celigo's product development organization. As Product Development Program Manager, you will play a central role in operationalizing and reinforcing our product operating model. You'll partner closely with Product Operations leadership to ensure teams move intentionally through the product lifecycle - from shaping opportunities to funded delivery and post-launch evaluation.

This role is ideal for a seasoned program management professional who understands how modern SaaS product teams operate and enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. You'll thrive if you're energized by helping teams stay aligned, improving how work flows, and building trust through structure, communication, and follow-through.

You will facilitate alignment sessions, coordinate readiness checkpoints, and support prioritization rhythms that keep work progressing predictably from discovery through delivery. You'll connect people, processes, and tools - documenting decisions, tracking dependencies, and reinforcing accountability in a collaborative and supportive way.

You won't design the operating model - you'll help bring it to life. Your impact will be visible in how seamlessly our teams operate, how confidently we commit, and how effectively we execute.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate and operationalize key alignment sessions across the product lifecycle, including discovery alignment, triad syncs, Epic readiness reviews, and post-launch evaluations.
  • Prepare structured agendas aligned to the current stage of work and ensure each session results in clear decisions and next steps.
  • Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and misalignments early, coordinating across Product, Design, and Engineering to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure ideas, initiatives, epics, and stories move through the lifecycle in a consistent and intentional manner.
  • Provide visibility into overall initiative health across discovery, funded delivery, and post-launch impact.
  • Partner closely with Product Operations leadership to operationalize and reinforce the product operating model, identifying friction and strengthening execution discipline.
  • Support teams in consistently applying the defined lifecycle model, reinforcing clarity around expectations and sequencing.
  • Build and interpret dashboards and reports that reflect system health, translating insights into actions that improve focus and predictability.
  • Build trusted relationships with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering Leads across domains.
  • Act as a unifying presence across teams, promoting clarity, alignment, and structured collaboration.
  • Provide concise, audience-appropriate updates to leadership, clearly highlighting risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies.
  • Model operational rigor and strong cross-functional coordination, helping elevate the maturity of the product organization.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design — particularly during ambiguity and early-stage shaping.
  • Skilled stakeholder manager who can influence without authority, build consensus, and diplomatically surface gaps.
  • Strong organizational discipline — meticulous in tracking decisions, risks, dependencies, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity clearly.

Education & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in program or lifecycle management within a B2B SaaS product organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong understanding of modern product development practices (e.g., dual-track discovery & delivery, double-diamond, triad collaboration).
  • Solid grasp of the full product development lifecycle (PDLC), including discovery, funding alignment, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-team initiatives in shared-resource environments.
  • Technical fluency in SaaS and web application environments; able to engage credibly with engineering and architecture discussions.
  • Experience operationalizing and strengthening product operating models within scaling organizations.
  • Experience working in environments with shared engineering pools and cross-team dependencies.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed product teams (e.g., US/India collaboration).
  • Familiarity with microservices or platform-based architectures.
  • Experience working within or closely alongside a Product Operations function.

Who You Are

  • A natural systems thinker who brings clarity and structure to ambiguity without overcomplicating it.
  • Proactive and outcome-oriented — you don't just track work, you improve how work flows.
  • A thoughtful communicator who keeps teams aligned, informed, and focused on what matters most.
  • Analytical and pragmatic — you anticipate risks, surface dependencies early, and address issues before they escalate.
  • A trusted cross-functional partner who builds credibility with Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Energized by helping teams operate with greater focus, discipline, and predictability.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments where structure and adaptability must coexist.

Pay

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $90,000 and $130,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
