ISC Proj Management Principal

Responsibilities

• Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning
• Establish and maintain master-data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data standards and best practices
• Oversee the conversion process for BOMs, MRP parameters, lead times, safety stock, and sourcing to ensure seamless integration into the S/4 and APS systems
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with data quality issues that could lead to MRP failures or supply chain disruptions
• Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on data management practices and tools
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives and standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels

WE VALUE

• Experience with S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar APS systems
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
• Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma
