Job Description
- Oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of a specific project or projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Works closely with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that project goals are accomplished.
Essential Functions
- Oversees and manages the successful completion of projects, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Leads and motivates project teams, ensuring clear roles, collaboration, and efficiency, while also managing stakeholder relationships through clear communication and management of expectations.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks.
- Maintains quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manages and allocates project resources to optimize efficiency.
- Safeguards project goals are delivered within budget and resource constraints.
- Maintains project progress, communicates changes to scope, cost, and schedule, encourages progress, fosters collaboration, and enhances productivity.
- Facilitates project closures and proper documentation.
- Conducts project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant and equivalent experience, required.
