About the Role

As an Information Systems Manager for Screening Services - Breast Imaging, you will align patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes through leadership in screening services programs, clinical AI initiatives, and advanced visualization projects.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple teams, including direct reports who have their own teams, focusing on screening services programs, clinical AI initiatives, and advanced visualization projects.
    • Motivate teams, encouraging collaboration and innovative problem-solving across diverse perspectives.
    • Strategically delegate tasks and provide oversight to ensure successful project completion and team development.
    • Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to team members and managers, building a strong leadership pipeline.
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between teams and other departments (RadNet Leadership, Operations, Product Management, QA/QE, Clinical Systems) to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Facilitate the transformation of strategies from experimental to established processes, emphasizing stability, efficiency, and user experience.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, test, improve, and troubleshoot reports related to mammography and other screening programs for regulatory compliance and operational metrics.
    • Work with Product Management to implement and provide feedback on new product features for screening services and AI/AV programs.
    • Support Operations with breast imaging and screening program workflows, including management reports, troubleshooting, testing, tracking, and clinical task workflows.
    • Assist software implementation teams in understanding data and setup needs for screening, AI, and AV programs.
  • Strategic Oversight and Development:
    • Provide strategic oversight to align teams with organizational goals and develop leadership skills in managers.
    • Oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of initiatives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance regulations.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how teams use software solutions and integrations for breast imaging, screening program tracking, and workflows (scheduler, technologist, radiologist).
    • Stay informed about RadNet special projects related to screening programs and advise Product Management on utilization perspectives, requirements, and improvement opportunities.

  • High level of competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.

Requirements

  • Management experience: five (5) years preferred, two (2) years required.
  • Breast imaging center experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and unite teams across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with the ability to navigate complex relationships and organizational dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and employees.
  • High proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
  • Mammo tracking experience: five (5) years preferred, two (2) years required.
  • Experience with mammo tracking software, including but not limited to: RIS, MRS, MagView, PenRad.
  • Familiarity with MQSA.

Pay

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
