Primary Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise employees and crew members on assigned projects.
- Take full responsibility and accountability for crew performance, productivity, and safety.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work, material quantities, locations, and installation requirements.
- Instruct skilled mechanics and labor personnel to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities to maintain schedules and productivity goals.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company and customer standards.
- Enforce all jobsite safety policies and procedures and maintain familiarity with the project safety plan.
- Cover and support safety training and promote safe work practices at all times.
- Prepare and submit timesheets, safety reports, quality reports, quantity reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
- Motivate and develop employees to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Support immediate supervisors in effectively managing project operations and crew performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the industrial construction and/or maintenance industry.
- Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
- NCCER Certified Plus preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of industrial construction safety standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
