Ironclad (CLM) Administrator (Remote)
Job Summary
The Legal Operations Ironclad (CLM) Administrator will work closely with the Associate General Counsel and business stakeholders to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal, sales, and finance teams. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation and deployment of Ironclad software, supporting end-users, integrating Ironclad with other enterprise systems, and training and documenting Ironclad functionalities.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of Ironclad software, including configuration, template customization, workflow creation, and data migration.
Serve as product owner for Ironclad workflows, including intake design, launch forms, conditional routing, approval logic, template updates, signature steps, archive steps, workflow testing, release management, and post-launch enhancements.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deployment of the Ironclad platform.
Improve the utilization and optimization of Ironclad within the organization.
Implement and manage the contract repository within Ironclad, including the transfer of historical contracts into Ironclad’s repository.
Support the continued development of Ironclad as the primary legal intake and contract workflow platform.
Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Ironclad platform.
Collaborate with Ironclad’s support team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Collaborate with internal business systems support to ensure integration with internal applications.
Assist in the integration of Ironclad with other enterprise systems through APIs and custom connectors.
Develop and maintain custom workflows, templates, and forms within the Ironclad platform to meet organizational needs.
Develop and maintain Ironclad reports, dashboards, scheduled reports, contract reminders, and operational metrics to support Legal leadership, workflow owners, user management, repository health, and adoption tracking.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams on Ironclad functionalities and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, integration documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
Monitor system performance and work with IT teams to optimize the Ironclad environment.
Manage and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users and alignment with business requirements.
Maintain administrative access controls and documentation, including user roles, permission groups, administrator accounts, service accounts, shared mailboxes, integration credentials, API/token ownership, and related access-transfer procedures.
Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure Ironclad is configured to support business objectives.
Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience using, managing, and implementing Ironclad contract management software.
2+ years of experience in technical support, software implementation, or a similar role.
Expertise in handling the utilization and optimization of Ironclad within an organization.
Proficiency in system integration, including API development and management.
Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, DocuSign, and ServiceNow preferred.
Skills

Excellent understanding of web technologies, databases, and system architecture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical users.
Exceptional training skills, including presenting in front of a large audience in-person and/or via Teams/Zoom.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, DocuSign, CPQ, Zuora, and Workday, and specifically implementation opportunities with Ironclad.
Knowledge of legal operations and contract management processes.
