About the role

Join our dynamic team of Iron Pourers! We are seeking an experienced Iron Pourer to join our skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iron casting and pouring processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and pour molten metal into molds to produce castings.
• Monitor and control the temperature and flow of molten metal during the pouring process.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools used in the casting process.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and production schedules.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in iron casting and pouring.
• Proficient in using various casting equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and casting processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

Skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
