POURING LABORER
About The Role
This position supports production by placing finishing panels and accurately pouring and finishing concrete in molds. You will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure quality, consistency, and safety while meeting production requirements.

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work accurately when placing panels and pouring concrete.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and be trained.
- Previous concrete experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use basic tools and apply basic math skills, including reading a tape measure and performing basic calculations.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use.
- Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hours.
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequently.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (Depending on location).
- Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.
