IPTV / AV Engineer

The IPTV/AV Engineer will support IPTV systems and AV setups at Highmark Stadium, including gameday and corporate events.

About the role

The role serves as the primary point of contact for all AV requests and supports the IPTV system, providing technical assistance and maintaining clear communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for all AV requests within Highmark Stadium
• Maintain and operate the IPTV system, including content loading, playlist adjustments, and player reconfiguration
• Support end users during gamedays and select events
• Provide support for AV setups, including live event support and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Corporate Partnerships for IPTV obligations
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for event IPTV and AV needs
• Create and revise standard operating procedures for IPTV systems
• Assist the scoreboard production in certain events

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of broadcast engineering and/or AV support experience
• College degree in related field
• IPTV or similar system knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of production equipment
• Previous experience in client-facing AV setup and operations
• Aptitude for operating electronic equipment
• Preferred qualifications: professional sports technical or AV support experience, Crestron programming and troubleshooting, knowledge of Wipro VisionEDGE

Compensation

The anticipated annualized salary range is between $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience, qualifications, and internal team equity.
