About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Engineer on the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM), a 63-year-old Program with a long-standing history of Mission Success and of a strong partnership with our Navy Customer!
Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects are completed on cost and schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans
- Cook up the planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
- Engineer is coordinated across Program and suppliers
Requirements
- Prior technical project leadership experience
- 3+ years professional experience
- DoD Secret clearance required
- US Citizenship required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education
- Project management certification or equivalent
- Baseline control experience and Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Support equipment, missile, or production operations experience
- Experience with product life cycle (development, deployment, retirement)
- Experience as an IPT Lead
- Agile methodology experience
- Experience with Jira or other issue tracking tools
- Possess strong communication, social, and problem resolution skills

Benefits
