About the role
We are hiring for a licensed Pest Control Technician to join our team in the Newburyport-Haverhill, MA marketing area. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on structure, show up on time, take pride in details, and are self-motivated. As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll solve pest-related mysteries, work outdoors, and engage with customers and communities. Exceptional customer service skills are a must—from the first "hello" to the last "thank you."
Responsibilities
- Solve pest-related issues, from common ant trails to complex termite infestations.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Operate company vehicle and manage drive time and work time efficiently.
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work full-time with overtime during busy seasons.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- State pesticide applicator’s license (MA and CT licenses are a plus). Paid training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands of the role (e.g., standing, walking, climbing, lifting).

Pay
$21–$28 per hour.
