Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents using evidence-based modalities like DBT and CBT. Description $70-85k/year Associate (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) or $90-105k/year Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD) | Petaluma, CA | Full-Time, 32-40 hours / week About The Role Provide individual, family, and group therapy for teens ages 12–17 in our Joint Commission-accredited IOP treatment program. You'll be embedded in the milieu alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians—not isolated in an office. This is meaningful clinical work with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges. You’ll also have opportunities to support clinical groups at our nearby residential treatment centers. This cross-continuum experience will broaden your clinical skills, deepen your understanding of adolescent treatment, and provide exposure to a higher level of care.
