Responsibilities
- Facilitate sessions and groups, mentoring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
- Create individual intervention strategies to ensure the clinically indicated length of stay and adherence to 100% attendance policy.
- Report motivation and barriers in treatment team meetings and develop improvement plans.
- Maintain comprehensive written documentation at the time of service, ensuring high client satisfaction and managing potential grievances.
- Assume a supervisory role in specific situations, such as intern supervision and BHT-run groups.
- Create 3 SMART goals each quarter with the Program Director (APD) to improve clinical skills.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting teamwork, encouraging open communication, and modeling a collaborative approach.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D., Psy.D.
- Current and unrestricted state licensure or intern number.
- Experience in a mental health position, preferably with OCD and anxiety.
- Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to hold exposure-focused sessions with clients and work with clients to create exposure lists.
- Ability to lead Exposure creation, Exposure skills practice, Exposure Family Skills, and Progress groups.
- Ability to complete a Behavioral Health Assessment upon admission.
- Ability to create a treatment plan with clients.
- Ability to document clearly and efficiently.
- Ability to complete suicide assessments and monitor risk.
- Ability to present and manage cases knowledgeably and professionally to obtain a clinically indicated length of stay.

Skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to hold boundaries with clients and keep them on track with the OCD and Anxiety program design.
- Provide validation and a supportive environment for clients, motivating them to work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviors through clinical interactions and skills development.
- Maintain a minimum flexible caseload of 24-36 clients based on facility needs (adjusted for PT staff).
- Engage in 75-80% of hours being face-to-face client interactions, including new starts, family sessions, groups (25% of hours), and overseeing treatment on the floor with BHTs.
- Assume a supervisory role in specific situations, such as intern supervision and BHT-run groups.
- Create 3 SMART goals each quarter with the Program Director (APD) to improve your skills as a clinician.
- Foster a positive work environment by actively supporting teamwork, encouraging open communication, and modeling a collaborative and respectful approach to interactions with colleagues and team members.

Pay
A competitive base salary depending on experience and licensure.
Schedule
Evening Hours: The position requires evenings. In-Person, Monday to Friday from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
