INVOICE ENTRY ANALYST

About the Role

At Liberty Home Care and Hospice, we help patients recover at home following illness, trauma, or surgery. Our team is seeking an experienced Invoice Entry Analyst to receive, track, and organize invoices from our Home Health and Hospice branches, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for completeness, including vendor name, amount, and supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices into Laserfiche with an accurate approval sheet, ensuring all supporting documentation is properly attached and compliant with AP standards.
• Route invoices to appropriate branch administrators for approval.
• Monitor invoice workflow queues to ensure timely approvals.
• Follow up with branch administrators on delayed approvals to prevent processing delays.
• Identify and escalate bottlenecks or recurring approval issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or administrative finance role.
• Experience in healthcare (Home Health or Hospice) preferred.
• Experience with document management systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/AP systems.
• Basic understanding of general ledger structure and financial coding.
