In This Role
- Contact prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-ups
- Qualify leads and identify client needs through discovery conversations
- Present Virtualite’s services and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage account activity, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and client experience
We are looking for
- Experience in inside sales or account management is a plus but not required
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work within a structured sales process
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and service offerings quickly
