Investor Relations Service Coordinator
Position Summary
Yrefy is seeking an Investor Relations Service Coordinator to provide exceptional service and administrative support to current and prospective investors. This role serves as a first point of contact for investors and assists with account access issues, password resets, document requests, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries. This position is not authorized to provide investment advice, discuss specific investment recommendations, or engage in securities sales activities. The coordinator will work closely with senior staff and escalate investment-related questions as required. This role is ideal for an aspiring sales professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building relationships while gaining exposure to the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be working toward obtaining their Series 7 license and desire to eventually become a licensed Investor Relations Specialist.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming investor phone calls and online inquiries.
- Assist investors with account access issues, password resets, login support, and navigation of investor portals.
- Respond to routine account and administrative inquiries that do not require a securities license.
- Provide investors with requested forms, statements, and other clerical communications.
- Document all investor interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Follow established service standards to ensure positive investor experiences.
- Schedule appointments between investors and licensed Investor Relations Specialists.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Conduct appointment reminder calls and Calendar Invites.
- Aid with investor events, webinars, and educational presentations.
- Maintain accurate investor records and contact information.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Track service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Aid with onboarding processes and document collection efforts.
- Aid with CRM data integrity and reporting activities.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain strict adherence to securities regulations and company policies.
- Refrain from discussing investment performance, recommendations, suitability, or investment advice.
- Escalate all investment-related inquiries immediately to licensed personnel.
- Protect confidential investor information and comply with privacy requirements.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service, client service, call center, hospitality, banking, financial services, or administrative support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn financial services terminology and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Supporting investor relations, wealth management, banking, mortgage, or financial services teams.
- CRM experience.
- Experience scheduling appointments and supporting sales teams.
