Investor Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engages with inbound investment inquiries
• Edits prospective investors on Yrefy’s offerings
• Guides qualified investors through the investment process
• Maintains strong relationships with existing investors
• Understands and addresses the needs, objectives, and concerns of existing investors
• Ensures all investor communications meet SEC, FINRA, and company standards
• Collaborates with the Compliance Department to ensure documents comply with regulations and industry standards
• Compiles and reviews investor financial data
• Attends meetings and training courses as required
• Keeps up-to-date with product information, updates, and industry standards
• Knowledgeable of industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment
• Represents Yrefy at investor webinars, meetings, and conferences
• Develops accurate investor records and engagement history in the approved CRM system
• Collaborates with Finance, Compliance, and Marketing to align messaging and reporting

Qualifications

• Licenses: SIE, Series 63, Series 7 - Series 82 (may be accepted temporarily)
• Satisfy all requirements of broker/dealer for dual employment
• Experience: 2–4 years in investor relations or financial services, or a proven track record in an outbound/inbound phone sales role, and experience in conferences or industry events
• Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, strong listening and communication skills, strong financial acumen, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools, knowledge of SEC and FINRA compliance and reporting standards, ability to be flexible with inbound call coverage
• PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES: Life Insurance License for Variable Annuities, experience in fintech or student loan refinancing, familiarity with equity and debt instruments, ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
