Investment Services Account Manager

Job Description

Responsible for opening and closing tasks for Investment Services accounts of various sizes established by clients for various purposes. Account Managers serve as one of our business line's primary internal contacts, delivering a high level of customer service for business line partners to support retention and expansion of relationship revenue as well as expense management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates work requests generated by Investment Services staff, Trust Operations and others to ensure requested activity is in accordance with governing agreements, regulatory and legal requirements, and within U.S. Bank procedural guidelines relative to new, existing and closing accounts.

Requirements

Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically two to four years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Basic knowledge of trust administration, products and sales
• Basic knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations
• Ability to develop new business
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Pay

$64,855.00 - $76,300.00

Schedule

Hybrid/flexible schedule, in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
